Use 6539 on the combination lock in the pharmacy back room. The locker contains the Prescription Dosage Error Note, which is one of the three objects used in the clinic scales puzzle.
The answer has been checked against GamesRadar’s direct pharmacy guide and VGC’s clinic scales guide. Both describe the same four digits, although they label the third poster slightly differently.
